Student & motorcoach visits
A good stop.
A shared table.
A group meal works best when the food, timing and arrival have been considered together. Explore the separate student and motorcoach menus, then speak with the house about your visit.

01 / Student groups
Keep the group together.
Give the meal its place.
The published student choices include a breakfast buffet, deli buffet, served dinner and dinner buffet. All student group meals must be arranged in advance; these are not walk-in group packages.
The student breakfast is $16.00 per person with a 50-person minimum. The deli buffet is $17.50, and the two dinner options are $22.00; the deli and dinner buffets have 30-person minimums. Published student prices include tax and gratuity.
The served dinner does not state a package minimum or who makes the chicken-or-pasta choice. Confirm both with Group Sales. Discuss dietary needs without assuming a particular substitution can be provided.

Menu preference and practical requirements
Ask how adult and student counts should be recorded, and how any dietary requests will be handled. No complimentary meals or bundled educational program is implied.

02 / Adult motorcoach groups
A meal that fits
the day’s journey.
Motorcoach luncheons offer a deli buffet or a meal served at the table. Dinner choices include two buffets and a three-entrée served dinner. These are their own menus, with their own selection rules and prices.
The published motorcoach rates include tax and gratuity. Lunch is listed for 11 am–3 pm. The general planning guide gives group-rate minimums of 15 for lunch and 20 for dinner; buffets require at least 30. Confirm how those guidelines apply to your selection.
Before the group travels
A clear plan.
A calmer arrival.
Time, count & selections
Arrange the visit as early as practical. The published procedures request a final guaranteed group count and food choices seven days before arrival; payment is due on the date of service.
A common menu is suggested for efficiency, particularly for bus groups. It is a suggestion alongside the separately published multiple-entrée options—not a promise of a fixed meal duration.
The last few practical details
Confirm the current unloading point, whether and where the coach may park, the group entrance and the route to the assigned room. The legacy page’s parking directions need a current check before you give them to a driver.
Discuss stairs, bathroom routes, seating requirements and dietary questions directly. Do not assume a room is step-free or that a requested menu adjustment is available.
If there is more to your visit
Explore Gettysburg.
Plan each part clearly.
House tours and inn stays have their own information and availability. Explore them separately if they belong in your plans; a group meal does not include a tour or lodging package.
The next step
Let’s plan
your group’s visit.
The date, the size of your group, and the kind of meal you have in mind are a good place to begin. The house will help you work through the details.
An inquiry does not confirm a room, menu, date or reservation.
