01 / A room for the occasion

Good company.
A setting of its own.

Some gatherings belong around a smaller table; others need room for a larger company. The historic dining rooms offer a range of settings, from the book-lined Library to the adjoining Parlour and Study.

For a larger party, the Abigail Adams Ballroom brings three fireplaces, log-cabin character and a room that can be divided for smaller groups. Talk with the house about your meal, guest count and preferred arrangement before choosing a space.

02 / A shared stop in Gettysburg

A thoughtful meal.
A well-planned visit.

Student visits and adult motorcoach groups have their own published menus. A little planning in advance helps the meal fit the day—whether you are gathering after a morning exploring town or arranging dinner before the journey continues.

Bring your expected numbers, preferred arrival and meal times, and any practical access or dietary questions. Confirm unloading, bus arrangements and the entrance with Group Sales before sending instructions to your group.

04 / From an idea to an arrangement

A conversation first.
The details, together.

01 / Begin

Tell the house.

Share the occasion, an approximate guest count, a preferred date and the meal you have in mind. Early planning gives you time to discuss the options.

02 / Shape

Choose together.

Discuss the room and service style alongside menu choices, dietary requests and the practical arrangements your guests will need.

03 / Confirm

Settle the details.

The published procedures request a final guaranteed count and food choices seven days before arrival, with payment on the service date. Confirm the terms for your gathering.
